Scheduling Appointments:
When scheduling an appointment with us you will be asked for your credit card to hold, your full name, and phone number. Those without a credit card on file at the time of appointment will be asked to do so when checking in.
Rescheduling & Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment:
We strive to provide our clients with excellent customer service and access to appointments during peak times. In order to do so, we have a firm 48-hour cancellation policy.
Please note that by booking an appointment you are accepting the terms & conditions of our cancellation policy. The credit card that you have on file will automatically be charged 50% of the appointment fee.
